Most facilities make you buy a full month before your athlete ever steps on the floor. We don't. Come in for a single $10 session, train with Coach Ben, then decide if a full program is the right fit.

Your athlete's first 2-hour training session is just $10 — a fraction of our regular $46 session rate. It's the easiest way to see how we train before committing to a full program.
Ages 12–18. Exceptions can be made for younger athletes who are ready — just mention it when Coach Ben texts you after you fill out the form.
Monday through Thursday, with three two-hour blocks each day: 9am–11am, 1pm–3pm, and 5pm–7pm. Training starts June 1st — pick the time that fits your athlete.
A full two hours: 60 minutes of skill work and live competition, 30 minutes of shooting mechanics, and 30 minutes of age-appropriate strength & movement training.
Athletic clothes, court shoes, and a water bottle. We provide everything else — basketballs, training equipment, and full station setups.
